The best customer service and support
I am a total dummy and not very interested in learning Cpanel, so I make lots of really stupid mistakes (no patience), often resulting in my site not being accessible anymore.
Then I open a ticket to customer support, and they have so far always reacted really fast (within a couple of hours), always very friendly and with patience, and have always solved my issues.

I am with Orange since 2018. I was looking for a hosting provider that doesn't censor it's users with all this pseudo hate-speech and political-correct nonsense. Where one can simply write the TRUTH as it is. I'm talking about facts, not some crappy theories. Orangewebsite never disables websites for their opinions (except explicit fraud, spam and, of course, pedophiles). In addition, they accept bitcoins and cash by mail. Also they can own your domain, so that you stay truly anonymous if you write about controversy topics.
Another HUGE advantage is their support team. It's a real 24/7 support, where no matter what time you open a ticket, in 10-15 minutes you will get a human being on the other end that will help you. There was even one time I got a big extra service for free, just because I am a dedicated user that has been many years with them.
I definitely recommend Orange for everybody. Especially for all the privacy oriented people, who value their anonymity and freedom of speech to discuss any topic in the world without being shut up by the "big boys".
