I recently sought customer support from Orangewebsite.com (IceNetworks Ltd.) regarding issues with my account email and security passphrase.
The entire process, from submitting the support ticket (#897039) to the final resolution of the issue, was very smooth. Their responses were prompt and clearly explained the relevant policies, helping me clarify my initial misunderstanding regarding the "passphrase" setup during registration (where I mistakenly set a question instead of an answer).

I am a total dummy and not very interested in learning Cpanel, so I make lots of really stupid mistakes (no patience), often resulting in my site not being accessible anymore.
