Can't be trusted
Do not use coinpayments as their checkout system. I sent crypto and they ate it and gave me nothing. I provided screenshots of and transaction ledger of funds from Kraken moved to their wallet. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." I think there is something rotten in Iceland.

I recently sought customer support from Orangewebsite.com (IceNetworks Ltd.) regarding issues with my account email and security passphrase.
The entire process, from submitting the support ticket (#897039) to the final resolution of the issue, was very smooth. Their responses were prompt and clearly explained the relevant policies, helping me clarify my initial misunderstanding regarding the "passphrase" setup during registration (where I mistakenly set a question instead of an answer).
