Good service, quick support response.
After difficult server relocation all our problems solved through long an intensive discussion with OW technical support. The only hiccup was the PayPal payment but the support solved it too.
I recommend this service to anyone.

Great Hosting Platform
I have technical issues but each time it was solved within hours if not minutes.
Why? Because I was able to play my own part and narrow the issue down so that they can focus their attention on the specifics than just making a generic problem report

ABSOLUTE WORST
I have my personal website with this host and every day it is a crap shoot as to whether people/ I will be able to access it. IMMENSELY SLOW. It's not even really a hosting service at this point since people can't access my site.

They never respond to emails or tickets
I paid them several hundred dollars and sent them some emails on why the hoisting I paid for isn't working properly and opened a ticket several times. When you do this is says "they check there emails 24/7 yet days go by with no response. Scam site??

Customer support slow and with no substantial information
I had 3 hosting at the same time and all e-mail accounts did not work anymore.
The answers of the support I had since 12.38 until 18.06 o clock had no substantial information to solve the problem at all.
The answers came every two hours.
