I like the flexibility it offers for custom setups. Still, in a recent installation, there was some script install delay caused by domain setup problems. In spite of properly redirecting the subdomain redprohost DNS, the installation was held up for more than a week, and support invoked an invalid domain.
More specific technical advice and improved coordination among the support team would have really streamlined things.
With enhanced communications and script deployment assistance, they can further enhance its dedicated server solutions.
