Reasonable prices but support needs a lot of work
RedproHost got my business because their hosting plans looked cheap and good for small projects.

At first everything looked good the setup went smoothly and the server speed was fine. But when I had technology problems their support team took a long time to get back to me and wasn't very helpful.

The basic features and prices are reasonable but the customer service isn't always helpful and the troubleshooting steps aren't always clear. Even though RedproHost has promise it could be much better.
