I had come across rockhoster before (not as a client) and thought that I would at least talk to them. I was impressed from the outset. They have exceeded my expectations time and time again, superfast servers and support.

Great Service
We ordered the package and it was activated with in few hours. Transaction was smooth and easy. Support is also friendly and co-operative.

The most underrated hosting service
I've been using Rockhoster for a short while and so far the service has been excellent. One of the things I liked was its value for money and the other important aspect was the technical support being there each time i had any difficulties. Great service.

This hosting just sucks
This hosting just sucks. They suspended an account and cannot tell the reason. Also website files cannot get back. Not recommend to anyone use this company. Miserable support. Seems they have 1 person freelancer who operate this company!

Customer service on autopilot - Very disappointing performance
I filed a ticket with a simple question, and it was put on hold for over a week, and only replied to once I informed them I would no longer be using their services.
Overall I would absolutely not recommend this provider. Waste of money.
