dont host rockhoster..really scam service
I ever seen this kind useless hosting.last one year i am using it.but 10 days in a month they are offline.they deleted my cpanel & gave new one.i asked them for giving my files.but they never returned.so i lost one year effort.anytime you will loss file.

10 days downtime, only solved after cancellation request
My website was down for 10 days. During that time I opened a ticket and insistently asked for updates. They always postponed a possible solution. My problem only got solve after I submitted a cancellation request. Very unprofessional.
