Terrible service
The provider disconnected the service (VPS) 10 days earlier than planned without any reason. I wrote to support twice, but no one responded. I do not recommend. We will look for another.

Rockhoster is amazing! It is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy. Everything has worked flawlessly.
Switched to RockHoster over 9 months ago and have been extremely pleased with their web hosting service. Everything has worked flawlessly. I have been able to manage my account with several domains from the client user interface which is very easy to navigate. The cPanel interface also works great. RockHoster is a 180 degree change from my previous host. They have live people on a toll-free number who are patient, humourous and helpful.

The most fantastic hosting!
I have several online stores from here to Poland, and have had several Hosting services as well. Testing the grounds so to speak; I think Rockhoster is absolutely one of the most fantastic hosting sites available! All the bells and whistle here! PLUS they have WONDERFUL customer service! Absolutely one of the BEST, most hands on, ALWAYS there no matter what, tech, client questions, web site situations reps available.

I'd recommend Rockhoster Wordpress hosting to pretty much anyone... small website owners and large ones. It is a professional all round host, good value for money and excellent customer support. It makes a pleasant change to receive the sort of help you get from this offshore web host.

I must say they provide really good customer support service. Rockhoster OpenVZ VPS hosting service is reliable option for hosting any kind of web sites. I have not had one day of trouble from this hosting account, and only contact them to help me set up issues with my domain.

I like Rockhoster technical support help
The features are the best part because you get Cpanel which is my favorite control panel compared to like exim or plesk which were the only options at my old host. I must say that it is the host I can rely on in any situation, I recommend Rockhoster hosting to all webmasters.
