UPDATE: Excellent management response and ownership
UPDATE: Following my previous review, a senior manager (Mohamed Ali) personally reached out and took full ownership of the technical oversight regarding the private Proofpoint PDR block. They explained their strict zero-tolerance stance on spam and offered an excellent, transparent solution to test a clean candidate IP before routing it, completely waiving any quotas. Because of this high level of accountability and professional support, I have requested the complete removal of my initial negative review from the administrators and look forward to continuing my service with them.

Customer since a little over a year, very happy
I got their BigStorage plan and it's perfect so far. Like with all services, I keep a backup to be safe, but so far no complaints. Their support is prompt and very helpful.

I've been with Servarica for 3 weeks and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their support is amazing, the servers are extremely stable and nothing is oversold. Anyone looking for a VPS needs to look to further then Servarica.
