Tech Support is useless and had many issues with my email
The Tech support is useless. Endless emails with out resolving the issue. The tell me one day what the issues something then it is something else the next day. When I ask to speak with a manager they would not let me, very poor CS.

Servers are slow and database is frequently inaccessible
Sinohosting preys on expats in China who need local hosting and want an English-language interface. Unfortunately, the service is subpar in nearly every way -- the servers are very slow, and subject to frequent downtime (e.g., database connection errors)

Dont waste your time
Site down for days. Helpdesk would respond with generic posts, but not fix issues. Called many times in 4 days and only ONCE did someone answer (even during China business hours). Happened twice in less than 1 year. Horrible service!
