Cheap for a reason
The worst service ever. We had to use a China-based service because google and other USA services are based. BIG BIG MISTAKE to use Sinohosting. Non-existent service, server down every week. Never use them!

Customer service is non-existant
Security breaches, spam overload, and unresponsive technical support are all reasons I dropped SinoHosting. More than once, they could not find the problem and simply gave up. I was a customer for several years, but just can't take a chance anymore.

Don't you dare..
We wanted to host a website to improve loading times in China, and we tried with Sinohosting. That was a huge mistake.
Support was non-existant and loading times were terrible. We ended up renting a VPS in another provider.

Worst hosting company ever
Hi! We worked with this company! First they forgot our payment! And kept us 10 days to open our server! Meanwhile money back period is passed! When we used their servers our business has stopped! In the end we dropped it, now no money back no service!

RUN AWAY!
The worst hosting I ever had. My website is down for more than a week now due to technical problems that support can't deal with. This is just the latest problem, before there was more. The servers speed is critically low. I truly regret.

Never again!
I fully agree with all the other reviewers.
We had a dedicated server there and everything was simply a catastrophy!
When it comes to payments and to block your service 2 weeks before a payment is due, they are fast.

The experience I have had with Sinohosting has been terrible, before you sign up, call thier customer service, no one will answer the phone, no support on line either, run while you can, place is a joke.

Bad support and service
I have paid for a server and wrote to the support about access. 2 days - no answer and i dont have any access to the server. I have made a request for a money back! My ticket number was 726674. No more with sinohosting!
