Site 5 customer service is average, server uptime is total crap. EVERYTIME I need to log into the server to do any work it's down. They have moved me to three diferent servers and I reliablily have the same problems. STAY AWAY

Support staff don't talk to each other - 3 diff techs can tell you 3 diff things about the same problem. And it took them 16 hours to finally tell me the truth. Plus servers that go down at least once a month. Cheap but nasty.

Site5 is obnoxious. Their servers are up and down and their support either ignores your ticket altogether or they reply "your site is working properly" after they've brought it back up... hours (or days) later. I'm a reseller and Site5 almost ruined me.

Random outages. Hardware failures. 4-5 hours to answer priority tickets (you pay extra for priority). The only reliable thing is the bill. I'm out as soon as I find a new host.

Im moving from site5. Im relly disapointed. It really sucks when you use everyday. You cant tell to your customers why his site is down. Incredible delay to reply tickets.
At this time I have 63 domains on site5, Im migrating to other webhost.

I have used Site5 for over a year and have had no problems. Their tech support is always timely and helpful, service is reliable and they are a great price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a host with many up to date features.

TWICE in 3 days all of my sites are down, I'm a reseller, try explaining to your customers why their sites have been down 2 days, each 8-9 each!

Their support staff is completely unreliable. They respond to tickets hours after submission, with "There is no problem now" responses. They remove negative posts form their forums. Their servers have constant problems and go down quite often.

Okay, so I signed up for the entry level plan at Site5, so let me just say I wasn't expecting the world, but c'mon...My site is ridiculously slow during high useage times everyday. For e-mails, log on can take over 10 min. Bottom line... site5 sucks!

Absolutely amazing. Issues (if any) are usually resolved within minutes. Fast support. Friendly techs... even bought out my old contract from a previous bad host. This is what a hosting company SHOULD be!
