Site5 has the worst tech support of any web host I've used. They don't know the basics, take way too long to respond (24+ hours), and don't offer phone support. Their service is full of glitches.

So far, the service is very solid. 5 months in and I have yet to see one of my sites go down (i have nearly 30 of them). Support is quick & accurate, features are as good as anyones. Price is competitive. 4s all around.

Why there are any other Web Hosting services still in businees I am not sure. This is the best web hosting service bar none. Their response time was 12 minutes the last time I used it. I also use another hosting service, their response time was 6 days!!!!
