Site was down for 1 week and rep told me that I will get credit, never received credit, please provide credit or free upgrade on plan, bad experience for new customer.

Company Response: You asked for free upgrade to higher plan, but as explained we can't provide this in case a site is simply outgrowing the initially selected plan. Since there wasn't a server issue on our end, we cannot offer (and none of us has offered) a compensation.
