Support assistance
A client is out of country till next week and she did not renew her site prior to leaving. The site auto suspended but the chat assistance granted an extension till she returned and the site came live again.

Wow - these guys are fast and skillfull
Just moved my Wordpress site from a local NAS to Siteground (well, they did this for me!). The transfer was really quick, but there were some minor issues afterwards. No problem! Siteground engineers responded blazingly fast and fixed everything! Great!
