Such a breath of fresh air compared to my last hosting company!
I'm always impressed with the fast, knowledgeable support I get at SiteGround. My last hosting company would make you wait a full hour, and they couldn't help often. I'm very happy I made the switch to professional hosting with SiteGround.

Getting started
Been using a mac dedicated computer based program Softpress Freeway Pro but it is no longer supported, SO---at 85 I am setting off again and this time with WP. I received all the answers I needed to get started and I am now deep in reading knowledge base

What a Product/Service/Team!
My first three attempts at web hosting service providers were good, for a while, until it came to deeper technical support, where and when it matters most.
The 3 critical KPA's for me are 1) Support, 2) Uptime and 3) Speed

WOW what AWESOME support!
This has to be THE BEST support EVER. I just spent 6 minutes with a tech support called Kolyo- and in thse 6 minutes he told me all sorts of shortcuts and safety measures I didn't even know about, for my email accounts. I'd give Kolyo the day off!!
