I have been using SG for months, and contacted support many times because I didn't understand something. I have never been disappointed, even slightly, in the level of service you provide. Such professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, patience!

Totally Reliable
I switched many websites over to siteground around a year ago.I would describe my knowledge as intermediate so have had to call on support of quite a few occasions - all experiences with support were nothing short of excellent.

Simply exceptional support!
I have contacted tech support three times to handle a variety of issues moving multiple domains. Each every time the rep was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. This has not been the case with other providers.

Auto renewed against my wishes then quickly remedied by e-wallet refund.
I was auto billed renewal of Id block for my domains against my wishes and quickly refunded by Nayden N. the amount to e-wallet. Nayden was polite and helpful and the whole process was quick. I thank Nayden and Siteground for good service. Sincerely MikeC
