We understand using WordPress was not a good fit for adding content to your site despite the instructions sent in tutorials and help in support channels. Our team has suggested an alternative sitebuilder tool with drag and drop option.

Been a loyal customer since your beginning. Every month I must purchase more credits for my clients. Every month I must make a special request for a link because you don't accept AmEx. Every month I ask WHEN you will... "soon". Not good customer service

Customer support is always available from them and while I usually call companies when Issues arise their chat based support channel is just as good. Always friendly and happy to help. its the main reason I go for smaller hosting companies.

SiteGround tech support staff have always helped me fix really frustrating problems on my site. I've used other hosting providers including Hostgator, GoDaddy and Bluehost but Siteground has live tech support that help me fix problems in real time.
