I had an issue that ultimately involved multiple actions to get under control. The Chat support understood the issues, and helped me fix the stuff to prevent recurrence.
And, he answered a lot of 'emergent questions' along the way.

Siteground Technical Support is Very Good
During the 8 years + with them, I have constantly bugged their technical support for the smallest of issues to the biggest.
Their response have always been very fast often within 15 min timeframe. Has never ever considered changing host...
