I have two problems with SiteGround:
-- I long ago run out of superlatives, and would not write another review, if the gentleman helping me today (Darko) would not be so fantastic.
-- You make just about all other service companies look pretty bad.

Amazing Customer Service
I used the chat and had a million questions! I was answered with patience. I was asked questions to fully understand my issues and what exactly I was needing for my small business. I was totally impress, and I was sold! Great customer service!

so far I am quite satisfied with their support. Very fast and knowledgeable. You can not choose a cheap provider but no support.

Living up to their reputation
For my clients I have been using one of the big hosting companies and just put up with the ups and downs. SG was recommended to me. I am not too well versed with site migration and they helped me every step of the way AND no wait times for chat or phone!
