no stock replies
One of the things I hate about customer service is stock replies. When I post a question and the support person says "I will be happy to assist you with that, blah blah blah." You don't get this with SiteGround. They remember you & offer personal help.

Always there when you need them
I made an error in trying to add a plugin to my theme's function.php file, and support quickly helped me get access to my site again. In ten minutes I was up and running. I won't use any other host. SiteGround is it for me.

SiteGround has some room for improvement
SiteGround needs to enable some system so not ONLY the admin can check the SpamExperts folder. What happens if the admin is on leave? No one checks the SpamFilter folder. Bad system, SiteGround. Fix it please.
