I was not reimbursed after my cancellation - This company is a scam
I couldn't get the refund after my hosting cancellation made on the 28th of April. I called the support 4 times but I still haven't been reimbursed. I'm really very unhappy, you're acting like scams.
Company Response: We are sorry for the delay in your refund processing. Our billing team confirmed the refund is issued and we'll email you the ARN transaction codes as soon as they are available so you can track it with your bank. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
