Always a great experience with Siteground
They have been nothing, but helpful. I'm not super tech savvy, but I will try to figure things out by myself and a few times. I just gave up and contacted the support. They were so accommodating and quick to respond. Also, no down time ever with my site!!

Technically excellent but....
Siteground has excellent features and support but the CPU seconds per account is far too low which has led to my in development Joomla sites going over the limit and they don't even receive any traffic yet, the sites end up being shut down.
