Amazing support
Chat support is available 24/7, and has never let me down! Often in hindsight I feel like they fixed something that I shouldn't have broken in the first place. But I know other hosting companies that will leave you hanging for a day! Not siteground!

I'm very happy with siteground. I've tried bluegator and others and they not only suck at support, they suck at performance and they seriously suck at security. I keep my sites locked down and I was still finding malicious files on my shared host.
