Identified & repaired Joomla database problem quickly
Joomla menu structure failed because of a non-existent user. The database was fixed.

Can't fault these guys
SiteGround must be so sick and tired of being compared to Site5 before EIG Acquired Site5 6 months back, and totally wrecked it. Yes they are just as good as Site 5 used to be a year ago, but could they possibly be even better. I think they may indeed be!
