Excellent Customer Service
I moved from 123 Reg to SiteGround. I started the process at 2pm on Saturday and my site was up and running on Sunday morning. I was very suspicious about the amazing reviews for SiteGround, but now I am a customer I understand. They are outstanding!

Terrible customer service, shady billing practices.
Signed up for a 12 month package, at the end of the term they double the price. Claimed they had a right to do that because it's in their terms of service, (it's not).
Everyone was rude, customer service was appalling.
There are plenty of other hosts.
Company Response: Sales pages show both regular and promo prices. Renewal is on regular rates. On order checkout we inform you promo rate is only valid for initial billing period. Our reps were respectful and recognized your point of view while explaining our policies

I think that SiteGround is the summum for hosting!
I found some links to SiteGround showing that it suppose to be the best for server speed, technical support, and customer service. I'm just discovering that it's the better offer for me. I have now 3 websites hosted with SiteGround and it's the best !

Incredible Hosting Company
I was originally with a hosting company that came with a myriad of problems and my websites seemed to be down more than up. I decided to make the move to Siteground and from the initial transferal, the support has been amazing.
