Billing Practices
Siteground 39.99 for the first month. I told the sales rep that I am looking to go month-to-month, auto-renew after the first 30-days on my credit card-UNAUTHORIZED-Beside the fact I was unable to use the site for over 25 days, I was charged over $300

Company Response: 1-month trial plan includes setup fee we waive for yearly plans. Domain settings with previous host caused downtime. Auto-renewal is enabled for our clients' convenience to prevent downtime. As per your request we issued refund for renewal immediately.
