Worst company in the planet!
Worst company on the planet! I transferred a few domains to them because they offered low price renewals, but then I learned they do that to scam you and keep your domains. I have a login with a passkey. I noticed I started having email issues so I needed to check my domain name server settings. They will not give me access to my account and when I lookup my domain details my name and info has been removed! They are telling me they opened a ticket and are researching! Researching what? They won't give me access to my site and have been blowing me off with the “research and trouble ticket for days when I have an URGENT business matter and need to fix my emails right away! I am furious! Stay far far far away! I don't even think this is a legitimate company! I made a TikTok video and had hundreds of comments with complaints! I hope anyone reading this who is considering this company saves themselves from a nightmare! Go with a legitimate company! This is my curse for trying to save a few dollars!
