User-Friendly for E-Commerce.
What they promise is exactly what you get. I appreciate their honesty and straightforward pricing structure. I'm impressed by Spaceship provider's work done. When signing up with such a cheap provider, I was initially concerned about reliability and customer service, but both have been excellent. Recommend their hosting and domain registration solutions.

Responsive and helpful.
After frustrating and unreliability experiences with other hosting services (including very large, well known hosts), finally fully satisfied with Spaceship shared web hosting. The service is highly trustworthy and reliable. All packages are totally affordable and designed according to our needs. I've been using this hosting provider for over a year, and it's been fantastic. My website loads quickly, and I've never experienced downtime. Their customer support is always responsive and helpful.

Spaceship is is secure.
Although I have been hosting four sites at Spaceship Essential hosting account for 3 months and intended for family and friends, I do not have a lot of traffic. However I do enjoy the huge amount of space since I have lots of stuff to backup, so I can just create a private folder and backup my software / photos there. Their website is secure and inspires confidence. Recommended.

Negative Review for spaceship.com
My company, Kenneth Price Nigeria, purchased a hosting package from Spaceship a few months ago. We experienced several issues with their platform and raised complaints repeatedly. When we took the matter to Twitter to get management's attention, they shockingly suspended our account, citing 'fraud' without prior notice.

To make matters worse, they sent four emails simultaneously—an apparent attempt to cover up their failure to notify us earlier. What kind of company operates like this?

We demand an immediate restoration of our account and a formal apology from Spaceship for this unacceptable behavior.

Do not use this website for any hosting
The worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. Constant issues, I have not had peace in the last two months. They have so many issues.

Awesome hosting provider.
Have been a customer of SpaceShip now for about six months and could not be happier with the service that I receive! I wanted a fast and secure host for my website and SpaceShip has fulfilled both of these needs! The pricing is very competitive for the amount of features and performance you get. I highly recommend this hosting provider to anyone looking for quality service.
