I've been with Umbrahosting since they merged with Spunky hosting and have been very impressed with the service received. Support is always Speedy, Polite and Professional. All my issues/enquiries have been dealt with in a helpful and informative fashion.

It's almost 12PM in USA. My sites are down since last 2 hours and they are not taking the phone call.

I am really upset on umbra's service. My site is down 3 times within 8 months. When I am making this comment my site is down for last 2/3 hrs without any notice. Once I lost my site's 3/4 months data :(. They are not professional I think.

Umbra Hosting is really a good choice for all marketers. I have been hosting all my sites with Umbra Hosting here and I'm very pleased with them. The support is very quick and the price is incredibly affordable.

You cannot depend on this company. I am with them since last 4 months and since then my server died 2 times.
I found this is not a professional company. The company is run by some people who works there after their primary work. Phone dead on work time

ive used TONS of webhosts over the years, from glob@t to 818 to hostmonster to startlogic, etc, the list goes on and on...umbra has been by FAR the best webhost ive ever used, their support, uptime, and speeds have been the best..recommend to everyone
