We are using Quad Core Xeon server from UmbraHosting since last 3 months without a single downtime and issue. Got support responses in less than hour. Submitted few tickets for reboot and got response in just one minute.

I rent a dedicated server and a shared hosting plan from them. They have the best tech support team I have ever dealt with. I run a gaming community and they manage my dedicated box. A++

Absolute perfection , response time to my support tickets are within 15 minutes ALWAYS. It's cheap and fast, and the people whom you talk with are not robots. The Sysadmins are also very "Up-to-date" when it comes to security.

I am very happy to get ride of my old hostings. I could not belive that such a hosting like Umbra was exist 6 months ago.

If you want to be rid of the hassles of downtime, poor customer service, slow customer service and would like a plethora of products and services you need to contract with this company. The best for such a small price. Shocking.

Oh my gosh! I ordered a dedicated server dual core with 4 GIG and they didnt have one in stock, so they gave me a free upgrade to a quad core with 6 GIG RAM, no extra charge! I am speechless.....thanks Kelle :)
