It's true, Umbrahosting has unbelievable support. Open a support ticket is like chat, you get a good response within minutes. I never had downtime because of network or hardware problem.

i started out with a vps from umbra hosting, the service was great and so was the support, i had no downtimes and no problems. i outgrew the vps and now have a dedicated server from them.

Umbra has unbelievable support. During business hours I get a response within minutes! And not a cryptic message accusing me of screwing up. A friendly helpful message that actually fixes the problems! Server's been working well too!
