Incredible
I'm so appreciative of everything this team has done for me and my business so far.
I ain't big on tech and didn't even want to start social media let alone a site, but it is necessary if you want to compete with others. This company made it easy though and guided me and my partner through the process of choosing a plan and finding our footing.

Good but it can be better
Every update, every change, every plan upgrade something stops working or starts bugging and you have to call for help.
Support really is great but come on, it shouldn't be this way considering how much we all pay.

Exactly what I was looking for
I had such a nasty experience with my last host, so much so that I left before my plan was complete and lost money—but I'll say good riddance.
I'm very thankful for finding Vicetemple quickly after because it's the exact opposite in every way. Reliable, always ready to help, understanding, allowing a lot more freedom and room for growth…it's exactly what I was looking for.

I warmly recommend.
First time I worked with Vicetemple, I just bought a pornhub script to try things out. Then I went back in for a custom theme and had a great experience with the design team. I bit the bullet and bought hosting as well recently and it's just as reliable and good as the themes! The pricing is competitive and it's really made things easier to have everything in one place. I warmly recommend.

Unjustified pricing
I tried a couple other similar companies and while this one is good, I don't think the pricing is justified. It's supposed to be great for beginners, but how can you take advantage of it if you haven't the money to pay? Discounts and special offers would be a good idea, there hasn't been anything similar in the months that I have been with this company.

The tech support is fantastic, it's not AI AND it's not a bunch of people that have nothing to do with running a website or the hosting industry as a whole.
Everyone I have spoken with was professional, cordial, and knew what they were talking about.

Migration took longer than expected but at least I didn't have to do anything. Support has been great whenever I contacted them and I am satisfied with the speed and security. So far so good, I would rate it 4 out of 5

Needs fixing
The support varies based on who you speak to, which I don't think should be the case. For example Casey was amazing and wouldn't stop searching until she fixed the problem. Jason on the other hand took longer to respond and I had to inquire about the issue again before he solved it. Not sure why that was but it definitely needs fixing.
