Vicetemple gets top marks from me, especially in terms of security. I'm particularly impressed with their DDoS protection and firewall structure.
Everyone from support is also an expert from what I've seen, which isn't something you see every day.

No-brainer
I found Vicetemple accidentally while looking for an adult host (quite desperately too). I can definitely say that it was a happy accident, and I haven't looked back since. This is, by far, the best option on the market.
First off, to get the most important advantage out of the way: Vicetemple advertises itself as an adult provider, and it ACTUALLY IS ONE. You have very clearly stated ToS and regulations, but if you stick with them, no one will take down your content just because it's adult, in any way. I post pictures and videos of myself and have not had a single issue.
Next, the pricing is more than decent. Most people can afford this provider even as total beginners, and I can for sure say that that isn't the norm in the industry. And speaking of beginner-friendly stuff, the interface and running your site is easy and you can learn the ropes even if you've never done it before.
Another thing I love is the support team. They are quick to respond and know how to help as soon as they see what the problem is. Also, they're super nice and fun to work with, which isn't a must but is definitely a plus.
If I had to pick a disadvantage, it would be connected to the support as well: as great as they are, they don't respond as quickly over the weekend. In fact, sometimes it takes hours on end, which sucks if you have an urgent issue. I am not sure if it is a staffing issue or if they just don't have the same people working those days, but it's something to consider.
I'll conclude by saying that finding this provider was an actual life-saver. If you have an adult site of any kind, I don't think you'll find a better one in terms of security and open-mindedness. Plus, the pricing is excellent, so this one should be a no-brainer for you.

Understanding
I love how understanding this support team is. I have a lot of questions because I am new to this and they are always patient enough to answer them and help me solve the problems that pop up.
If all support agents acted this way maybe people with little experience wouldn't be so scared to take a leap and start an online business.

Exceeded all my expectations
Vicetemple has met AND exceeded all my expectations. The price is good, the value for money incredible. There are no issues with downtime and the security in place is stellar. It's been a blast using this service!

A bit more patience and understanding

I really appreciate how patient and helpful support is. I am completely new to this and needed lots of guidance in the beginning, and they were there whenever I asked for help. Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and I will always be grateful.
I love finding a company that so clearly cares about customers. It's not nearly as common as it should be.

I am so lucky
I think everything about this provider is awesome.
For starters I have not noticed any downtime so far. The performance is excellent and my site loads fast.
Next, I love working with the support. I reached out 3 times with 3 different issues and they were equally helpful and quick each time.
Last is the price. It suits my budget perfectly compared to most others I've seen around.

I will be sticking with Vicetemple
Everything was my fault at my last provider, even when an issue genuinely had nothing to do with me. It was exhausting and dehumanizing and just a giant waste of time.
I have talked to the Vicetemple support two times now and it was the complete opposite. It sounds dumb but it's so nice not to be treated like an idiot for the simplest of things.
I appreciate you guys and will be sticking with Vicetemple.

It shouldn’t be this way
Every update, every change, every plan upgrade something stops working or starts bugging and you have to call for help.
Support really is great but come on, it shouldn't be this way considering how much we all pay.
