I really appreciate how patient and helpful support is. I am completely new to this and needed lots of guidance in the beginning, and they were there whenever I asked for help. Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and I will always be grateful.

I love finding a company that so clearly cares about customers. It's not nearly as common as it should be.

I am so lucky
I think everything about this provider is awesome.

For starters I have not noticed any downtime so far. The performance is excellent and my site loads fast.
Next, I love working with the support. I reached out 3 times with 3 different issues and they were equally helpful and quick each time.
Last is the price. It suits my budget perfectly compared to most others I've seen around.

I am so lucky to have found this provider!!!!!

I will be sticking with Vicetemple
Everything was my fault at my last provider, even when an issue genuinely had nothing to do with me. It was exhausting and dehumanizing and just a giant waste of time.

I have talked to the Vicetemple support two times now and it was the complete opposite. It sounds dumb but it's so nice not to be treated like an idiot for the simplest of things.

I appreciate you guys and will be sticking with Vicetemple.

It shouldn’t be this way
Every update, every change, every plan upgrade something stops working or starts bugging and you have to call for help.
Support really is great but come on, it shouldn't be this way considering how much we all pay.

Giving Vice a chance was the best decision
Thought I'd just try this one out for a month but I was so satisfied with everything that I upgraded my plan and cancelled my main hosting contract. Giving Vice a chance was the best decision to make, though I didn't know it at the time!

Kelly was an absolute star—she helped me with an automatic domain renewal that I actually did not want to go through with. There was no anger or misunderstandings or anything and I was allowed to cancel it going forward.

Transparent about their work
I love that this company doesn't just randomly slap you with surprise charges or price changes every month. That was a huge problem at my last hosting company, and it was what made me look elsewhere in the first place. The communication is transparent here and you get notified about everything. I appreciate it so much!
