Kudos for a great service!
The tech support is fantastic, it's not AI AND it's not a bunch of people that have nothing to do with running a website or the hosting industry as a whole.
Everyone I have spoken with was professional, cordial, and knew what they were talking about.

Migration took longer than expected but at least I didn't have to do anything. Support has been great whenever I contacted them and I am satisfied with the speed and security. So far so good, I would rate it 4 out of 5

Needs fixing
The support varies based on who you speak to, which I don't think should be the case. For example Casey was amazing and wouldn't stop searching until she fixed the problem. Jason on the other hand took longer to respond and I had to inquire about the issue again before he solved it. Not sure why that was but it definitely needs fixing.

I love this provider because I have peace of mind that they will keep my site online and fully functional without me monitoring it all the time.

They always want to help you
there are some nasty people out there working as hosting agents and they make it seem like every little issue is your fault even if it isn't. i was so happy when i started working with vicetemple and found that they are the opposite and always want to help you without nagging. i am very happy with them and am planning on staying on board for as long as possible

Sticking with Vicetemple despite price
All issues are solved quickly, there's no downtime, and you can contact support at any time.
It does cost more than what many others offer but I don't think you can find this level of service for adult creators anywhere else. Sticking with Vicetemple!

3 stars - wait over 3 hours
I contacted support on Saturday and had to wait over 3 hours for a reply—this has never happened before. I understand that it's the weekend but we can't choose when issues happen and what we need to fix them. They did get it done quickly at least, but still.

Took longer than expected
Although the server activation process took longer than expected, the service itself has been stellar. I also appreciate the transparency and kindness through the entire process, that's priceless to me.
