I contacted support on Saturday and had to wait over 3 hours for a reply—this has never happened before. I understand that it's the weekend but we can't choose when issues happen and what we need to fix them. They did get it done quickly at least, but still.

Took longer than expected
Although the server activation process took longer than expected, the service itself has been stellar. I also appreciate the transparency and kindness through the entire process, that's priceless to me.

Everything is fine and there is virtually no downtime. I do wish the support team responded quicker on the weekends, but it's a miracle they are even available so I can't complain too much.

Hard to come by!!!!!
I always judge companies by how willing they are to go out of their way to help users, especially those that are just starting out and need assistance.
In that regard, Vicetemple has blown all my expectations out of the water.
Not only have they offered advice and helped out from the tech angle, but they have also been helpful in terms of design and marketing.
Companies this good are really hard to come by!!!!!!!!!

from scripts and hosting to plain old advice on running your site, these guys offer it all. pair that with more than reasonable costs and you get the best provider out there by a mile
