No customer support! Site shut down for problem I notified them of almost 1 month ago and have been trying to work with them to resolve with no help from them. Lost 5 year customer.

No phone support at all! They change servers and settings as they like, when they like. Their support ticket not working so... you are loosing your money. I'm still waiting for refund.

My experience with these guys has been great. Their friendly customer service staff answers all of my questions quickly. I have not had any problems with them. I'm very happy and recommend these guys to any other artist, designer, or photographer.

I had set up my account with them and glad to say everything has been excellent. I monitor the uptime on my site and it is up 99.9% as they guarantee. There has never been a problem with my account panel and my website is safe from hackers.

I'm in process of moving - they messed up the phpAdmin on my site submitted ticket was offline for 24hrs without any response from them - no reply. Useless support. Customer of mine is now down, I'm pulling everything off Voda - don't go there
