Been a VH customer since October 2005 with 4 different accounts. Excellent suppport, very helpfull forum, incredibly well documented tutorials, los of features. Minor downtimes, excelent MySQL responde. Probably one of the best all included solutions.

It's really amazing, I was surfing the net to find an easy (and free) tool to create web pages, and I stumbled across BlueVoda. I downloaded it and 1 hour later I had my first page done - truly amazing.

The worst experience I have ever had. Do not make my mistake and host with these useless bunch. The worst & slowest customer support, and extremly bad Spam Problems on their servers. Yet, they wont spend a cent to fix them.

The people there are really great. Their sales, service and support is also excellent, I must say. I am very new there are different problems at different times, they help me a lot when i'm in trouble.

Very helpful and friendly people, I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Everything about this entire experience is fabulous. From the moment I downloaded BlueVoda to the moment I had my first problem everything has been incredible.

Main support guy is VERY RUDE! He basically called me an idiot.
They received my bank order almost 3 weeks ago and my site still is not up!
Their chain of command is terrible. I want to switch to GODADDY!

I am a current customer and moving to another host as soon as possible. The main support forum guy is rude and will belittle you, "urgent" support tickets mean nothing, and they delete support forum posts unless it makes them "look good". Unprofessional.

11 months 4 sites later, all is still 100% perfect. The only negative comment I can make is that I have become addicted to Bluevoda, I spend my every waking hour on my websites. I think my wife is a but unhappy about all this.

Voda is a truly excellent company with superior services and products. I bounced around 4 other hosts in my country until I decided to go with USA company like Voda. They are the best you will find.
