The sales pitch & reality dont match. Programming experience IS needed, which you discover AFTER paying.

I just signed up 5 weeks ago, so far everyhting is perfect. My domain transfer went pretty smooth. They have lots of tools to play with. There website builder is fantastic. The seem to be on the ball.

I am a current customer and can never get any customer service. I will not use the service again after this experience. With GoDaddy I am able to speak with someone if I had any issue. With Voda Host, I'm always referred to tutorials.

As a new customer I have to defend them. I'm a novice, I built and now host it site with them and their customer service is excellent, normally return tickets in hours, I only waited longer once over a weekend and none were sales related.

They don't answer support tickets for days unless they are pre-sales related and they don't care about their customers unless they are silent. Vodahost was a huge mistake. I lost valuable time and a lot more in less than a month by using Vodahost.
