Great for a month, then the wheels fell off.
When initial setup their support was slow, but excellent. The price was right and I was delighted. However, suspect that cpanel is a unlicensed copy as there was a period where cpanel errors abounded and we were locked out. There were several outages and towards the end of month I brought this to attention of support staff who argued that all was OK, even though I pointed out that my sites uptime robot was monitoring both my sites, their main one and I was maintaining my sites they all went down in unison, several times.
On Xsinor amongst my 2 sites on their top plan, I had an Owncloud server and backup files. The Owncloud is for my own personal use similar to dropbox. The backup files were backups of previous timeframes and about 20Gb in total.
My account is unlimited, and without any notice they deleted everything in backups and Owncloud.
This was important stuff. I would not have minded if they had given me notice first.
Changed from a professional host to a bunch of cowboys. Not recommended at all.
Im closing my account and getting out as fast as possible.
Hosted on their site was alsbrew.com now moved to another host.
