Customer support the worst. Bad attitude.
Problems in the past with their billing. They never help me when my business site was hacked for 3 MONTHS!!! I am canceling the account and moving my 4 web sites somewhere else!

They are energetic when it comes to sales, but once you have a tech question, forget it. They don't don't pay attention to what you're asking, and often just send links to unrelated fixes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I used to recommend aPlus.net to friends, but now I tell them to avoid aPlus. Their foreign tech support is knowledgeable, but their American support can't be bothered and have steered me wrong in crucial matters twice. You can find service much cheaper

Aplus somehow nuked my email service when I moved to their hosting.After a week of repeated calls to tech support and no resolution,all incoming email lost, I canceled.Now I have to wait and see if they honor their money-back guarantee. RUN AWAY!

NEVER, NEVER!!!!! Technical support was hell because they dont speak english. Endless billing issues because they charge your cc without you knowing. Never get customer support because they dont know what they are doing. EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE!!
