The BBB.ORG website says everything. Their REAL company name is Abacus America Inc. They own a few other companies. NO ONE SHOULD ATTEMP TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY ARE A BIG RED FLAG.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I finally did get a human being, he couldn't speak fluent english and gave me the typical song and dance with regards to the problems I was having. Their control panel was awful and errored on numerous occasion

This company is horrible to deal with. My first experience with them was positive and I decided to try them again with disatrous results. The support is terrible and they harrassed my clients for domain transfer even though I specifically told them NO!

worst billing and service ever.
Every month they got the bill wrong . Spend over 1 hour each month correcting the bill and then the next month the same error would appear. Credit card charges still in dispute.

No Support at all, Will NOT reply to you emails and have tried to bill our credit card for a service we do not have over 12 times and will not stop. We had to cancel our credit card and they still try to bill the card over and over.
