STARK RAVING MAD, after a 4 hour outage and 2 weeks of intermitent connectivity I call support for sesolution, they blame the carier and say its only a few customers having the issue. I ask to be moved t another carier, they say only a manager can do that |

Server stopped responding at least once an hour for up to a minute. Aplus.net claimed it was my fault. Server looked okay, so pinged other hosts on their network. All went unresponsive at the same time. Conclusion: network. Moved to spry.com. Happy now! |

This site is a nightmare. If I wasn't locked into it, I'd be looking elsewhere fast. Aplus actually crashed my PC; I have to relog on numerous times in a single sitting; the file manager and other programs are way too slow; etc., etc., etc. |
