Cloud and hosting solutions provider OneNeck IT Solutions LLC (
OneNeck) has announced the launch of two new offerings. OneNeck, which has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, offers a range of services that also extend to hybrid IT solutions, managed services, ERP application management, professional services and IT hardware. The company operates five Tier 3 data centers across the United States (Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Oregon and Wisconsin). The new offerings are ‘OneNeck Health Check and Assessment service for Oracle EBS’ and ‘OneNeck Health Check and Assessment service for Oracle Database’ - new platform assessments for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Database environment.
OneNeck, an Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) “Gold level” member, will utilize its new assessment services to identify potential risks to its customer’s platform configurations. Based on the assessments, OneNeck will deliver reports that recommend how customers can “improve the overall IT performance and manageability of their Oracle-based systems”. Assessments can be conducted regardless of whether its customers’ Oracle EBS or Oracle Database environments are located in a hosted private cloud, in a public cloud, on-premises.
“By diagnosing issues as early as possible, often before a customer knows they have a problem, we can make recommendations that will reduce the risk and improve the health of our customer’s overall Oracle database performance,” explained OneNeck’s Vice President of Application Consulting and Product Management, Jeff Budge.
