OneNeck IT Solutions LLC (OneNeck) has leveraged Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program to add Microsoft Office 365 (as known as ‘O365’) to its suite of services. Part of Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS), OneNeck began services in in 1997. A “forward-thinking, innovative” provider of managed hybrid IT, collocation, cloud and hosting solutions, and ERP application options, OneNeck has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. It has built its reputation on its deep knowledge of Microsoft’s products.
The CSP program gives Microsoft and the partners it needs - technically proficient providers that can offer end-to-end services that act their customers’ trusted advisors. The program has allowed OneNeck to address every aspect of Office 365 on behalf of its customers while billing customers directly and providing a team of experts that are available around the clock. OneNeck “works with customers to ensure their collaboration needs are met”.
