Customer Demand Drives Web Hosting Provider’s Developments

The move was driven by customer demand and comes as part of a series of developments and improvements that have taken place over the last few months.

Easyspace’s new telephone technical support team is supported by the development of a new 'Raise a Ticket' system that allows support staff to track customer enquiries and helps them address issues quickly and efficiently. Easyspace has also recently increased numbers of email support staff to maintain its customer focus and placed feedback links around their website to encourage users provide feedback. The feedback will be used to shape the company’s service development plans for 2006.
