Dedicated, managed, and cloud hosting services provider
Codero Hosting has unveiled new on-demand Network Attached Storage (NAS) and IP-based Storage Area Network (SAN) offerings at affordable prices. The scalable storage solutions are being offered at a promotional pricing that starts at 4¢ per gigabyte.
Codero Hosting caters for the IT hosting outsourcing needs of a broad customer base including all sizes of business. The company offers hosting through SAS 70 Type II secure data centers in Phoenix, Arizona, Chicago, Illinois and Ashburn, Virginia, USA. Its NAS and SAN offerings are designed to cater to customers with specific storage needs. The NAS solution is designed for backups, file archiving, and storage of webhead content, while its SAN solution was built for block storage. Both are fully managed by Codero and are easily set-up by mapping a Windows drive or mounting a directory over NFS on Linux. They allow simultaneous file sharing with multiple servers, including virtual servers.
"We continuously listen to our customers to help gauge where we need to expand our products and services, and our customers asked for more cost effective, scalable storage and recovery options,” explained Codero Hosting's SVP of Development, Chandler Vaughn. “Any organization that needs a server needs a storage and backup solution; it’s precarious to have one without the others. Our new offerings unequivocally meet customer demands with affordable price points that disrupt the industry – comparable competitive offerings are 10 times more expensive than our new offerings."
