HostPapa, Inc., a global leader in web hosting and cloud services, today announced the completion of its acquisition of CloudBlue from Ingram Micro (NYSE: INGM). CloudBlue, a leading B2B platform company for the global technology ecosystem, will now operate under the Hostopia brand within HostPapa’s channel partner division.
The acquisition enhances HostPapa’s position in the cloud services market by combining CloudBlue’s commerce, automation, and marketplace technology with Hostopia’s service delivery platform. With more than 450 pre-built integrations enabling automated provisioning, subscription billing, and multi-tier partner orchestration, the combined platform significantly expands HostPapa’s ability to deliver cloud solutions to telcos, MSPs, resellers, distributors, agencies, software vendors, ISVs, and hyperscalers worldwide.
As part of the transition, HostPapa has named Jorge Carvalho as CEO of CloudBlue and Tarik Faouzi as General Manager. Mr. Carvalho, who also serves as President of HostPapa, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the cloud services industry, driving growth through innovation and customer-focused strategies. Mr. Faouzi re-joins the CloudBlue leadership team, marking his return to the company after departing in 2022.
