Hybrid IT solutions provider OneNeck IT Solutions LLC
(OneNeck) has won a key new managed services contract. OneNeck, which has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, is a Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS) subsidiary. Alongside managed services its offerings include collocation, cloud and hosting solutions, hybrid IT solutions and ERP application management. All services are offered through its own top tier data centers. The company was in the news earlier this year for securing PCI DSS validation. Its latest multi-year contract was won from nonprofit organization, AlloSource.
AlloSource, which has headquarters in Centennial, Denver, Colorado, was established in 1994. The company is “one of the largest nonprofit cellular and tissue networks” in the United States. It offers “more than 200 types of precise cellular, cartilage, bone, skin and soft-tissue allografts to advance patient healing”. Its products are particularly used in sports medicine and it works with surgeons, the most reputable organ procurement organizations in the US. OneNeck will provide AlloSource with a highly-available IT environment. OneNeck’s ReliaCloud production environment solution was based on its investigation into AlloSource’s technology requirements. Running out of OneNeck’s Des Moines, Iowa data center the solution will ensure AlloSource’s infrastructure benefits from 100% uptime.
“With AlloSource’s growing business, it became even more important to have an IT partner who could ensure an always-on environment and we were immediately impressed with the insightful questions OneNeck asked,” explained Director, IT at AlloSource, Alan Okerman. “It showed us they were listening when we told them about the important work we do, which gave us confidence and peace of mind that they were committed to understanding the role IT plays in ensuring we achieve our goals.”Do you know of any other companies winning new contracts?
