Web Werks Data Centers (Web Werks) has announced it is to launch a major Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered data center. The company, which was in the news at the beginning of this year for the introduction of its ‘Resell Your Own Cloud’ launch, has headquarters in Mumbai, India. The company operates ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, TIA-942 and SSAE16, SSAE18 SOC 2 Type 1-compliant Tier III and Tier IV data centers. It represents a ‘one stop’ solution for those who need data center and web hosting services such as cloud solutions, VPS hosting, colocation and dedicated servers. Web Werks’ new data center will be located in the Delhi NCR region of India.
Web Werks’ new stand-alone center will offer “scalable deployment” of up to one hundred thousand square feet of AI-powered data center capacity. The center will create around two hundred in the Indian capital. The center will also offer “six-layered cybersecurity” and sit alongside Web Werks’ existing network of facilities which includes centers in Mumbai, Pune, Dubai and in the United States. It will offer customers in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon and Noida access to quality data center and cloud hosting services. The new center will be SAP Certified and support “Global Go-Green concepts” by being carbon neutral. It will be built by its own design and project team. The data center will also feature “imposing of cybersecurity, ransom attack prevention program” which will encompass anti-DDOS protection and a Firewall network.
