Zen Internet has been recommended by consumer analyst Which? as a Broadband and Phone Provider. Zen stood at the top of the category table with a score of 87%, gaining five stars for customer service and four stars for reliability and speed. While this was the first time Zen has been listed in this category, the company has previously been listed as a Recommended Broadband Provider, making this 15th occasion it has been listed by Which?.
Zen offers a range of Voice products with a focus on broadband users. The company's Home Talk and Business Talk solutions cater to home and business users that make a limited number of calls, while its Talk Plus solution offers 5000 minutes of land line connection. Zen’s phone line solutions are charged on "per second" usage basis and there are no minimum call charges or set-up fees. To celebrate its Which? status, Zen is allowing O2, Be Broadband, Sky, Plusnet and TalkTalk customers to transfer to its service free of charge.
Established in 1995, Zen Internet was one of the UK's first ISPs. The company offers a range of services including broadband, leased lines, IP VPN, web hosting and domain registration. It also has a number of managed firewalls, online data backup and web design options. Zen was also recently awarded PC Advisor’s Best ISP for the first time and has been PC Pro's Best ISP for nine years.

We stayed with exactly the same philosophy when we entered the phone line market because we knew it was the best approach for our customers and supported our mission 'to provide the best ISP service in the UK.'"
