and WooCommerce services provider IconicWP Ltd. (IconicWP) have formed a partnership. Liquid Web was established in 1997 and has head offices in Lansing, Michigan, United States. The company offers traditional web hosting alongside cloud hosting and WordPress packages. It was in the news early this year for its introduction of a new managed WooCommerce hosting plan. Liquid Web’s partnership with IconicWP is designed to “augment their managed WooCommerce Hosting product line”.
WooCommerce is an ecommerce plugin for WordPress - the Internet’s leading Content Management System (CMS). Offered as an Open Source solution, it is free of charge and designed to enhance the experience of online merchants using WordPress. IconicWP was established in 2018 and has head offices in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. The company provides “the best WooCommerce plugins” and is “trusted by over 10,000 WooCommerce businesses and online shops”. Liquid Web’s managed WooCommerce hosting solution offers a ‘Dropshipping Starter Plan’ targeting dropshippers and a ‘Marketplace Starter Plan’ that targets marketplaces. Each plan includes ten IconicWP plugins that “add extra functionality to a store”.
“Partnering with IconicWP will help enhance our customers’ stores by helping them add plugins such as swapping out product options to color and image swatches – without the need to hire a developer,” explained Liquid Web’s Vice President of Products and Innovation, Chris Lema. “Whether you are looking to enhance your single product page or make your variable products be more customer-friendly, IconicWP has plugins that give you a ton of functionality while providing clean, lightweight code”.Do you know of any other companies involved in new partnerships?
